1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and razer77, an online casino platform operating under international licensing. This document governs your access to and use of the razer77.app website and all services, games and features available on it.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any game or service provided, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.

razer77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform users via an in-platform notice or by registered email. The responsibility to review updated terms rests with the user.

2 User Eligibility

Access to the razer77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• At least 21 years of age at the date of account registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed under any self-exclusion or gambling prohibition by any relevant authority.
• Not representing or registering on behalf of any other third party.
• Have not previously been restricted or removed from the razer77 platform.

razer77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with age and eligibility requirements. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the razer77 platform. Registering multiple or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated and balances frozen without any compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, active email address and valid mobile phone number. The information provided must match your official identity documents.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity that occurs in your account is considered your own action unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The razer77 platform supports various payment methods for the convenience of members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

All withdrawals will be processed to the same method as your original deposit method, subject to successful account verification. razer77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for fraud prevention and compliance purposes. Users may not withdraw balances originating from unauthorised sources or activities that violate these terms.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

razer77 offers various promotions from time to time to add value to members' gaming experience. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and rules announced alongside the relevant promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds or winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Additional terms that apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Only one bonus can be active at any one time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash unless the wagering requirements have been met.
• razer77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of misuse or system manipulation.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period; expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• Some games may not contribute fully or at all towards wagering requirements — refer to the promotion details for more information.

The razer77 VIP programme offers three membership tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% respectively. Progression between tiers is based on your overall playing activity.

6 Game Rules and Results

All games available on the razer77 platform use an audited and certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

In the event of a technical disruption, internet disconnection or system issue during a game, any bet in progress will be retained and settled once the connection is restored. In situations where settlement cannot be completed, razer77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the original wager amount to the user's account.

Winnings recorded in the razer77 system are final. Any discrepancy between what is displayed on the user's device and the official server records will be resolved based on the server records.

7 Prohibited Use

Users are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from engaging in any of the following activities on the razer77 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or exploiting system bugs.
• Opening or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or promotions repeatedly.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Cheating or providing false information during registration, verification or the payment process.
• Transferring or lending funds in a razer77 account to another user without official approval.
• Disrupting, attempting to hack, or compromising the security of the platform or other users' data.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

razer77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time for reasons including violation of the terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or requests from the relevant regulatory authorities.

Users may also request the closure of their own account by contacting the razer77 customer support team via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling purposes will be processed promptly. Valid account balances will be returned to the user after the review process is complete, subject to all relevant wagering requirements having been met.

Once an account has been terminated due to a violation, razer77 reserves the right to retain all remaining balances as compensation for any losses or costs incurred as a result of the violation.

9 Liability Limits

The razer77 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. razer77 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected immediately.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, razer77 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from:

• The use of or inability to use the razer77 platform.
• Unsatisfactory game or betting outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to a user account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Technical disruptions, system failures or device compatibility issues.
• Delays or failures in processing financial transactions due to factors beyond our control.

razer77's total liability under any circumstances will not exceed the amount of the active deposit held in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage and processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the razer77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our platform, you agree to the data protection practices set out in that policy.

razer77 collects data required for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which razer77 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the relevant international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The English version of these terms is the primary version. The Malay translation is provided for the convenience of Malaysian users. In the event of any inconsistency between the Malay version and the original language version, the original language version shall prevail.
